How to Request Account Deletion
Step 1: Compose an Email
Please send an email to our dedicated support address to initiate the account deletion process.
Step 2: Email Details
In your email, please include the following information:
- Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your Orix Account, cTrader Account ID or Username: (The one you wish to delete)
- Registered Email Address: (The email associated with your Trading account)
- A brief statement confirming your request for account deletion. For example: "I wish to delete my account and all associated data."
Step 3: Send Your Request
Send your email to: support@orixwealth.com
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your email, our support team will:
- Verify your identity and account ownership to prevent unauthorized deletions. We may contact you if additional information is required.
- Process your request to delete your account and associated data from our systems.
- Confirm with you via email once the deletion process is complete.
Please note that the deletion process may take some time to complete in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable regulations. We aim to fulfill requests as promptly as possible.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following types of data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:
- Your account profile information (e.g., username, email address, contact details).
- Trading history and activity logs linked directly to your account.
- Any settings or preferences you have configured within the app.
- Other data directly associated with your account that is not subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements.
Please be aware that some data may be retained if required for legal, security, or regulatory compliance purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and the Google Play User Data policy.
